1. Shipping Eligibility

We currently ship only within the state of Ohio.
In the future, we plan to expand to additional U.S. states where the sale of hemp-derived THC beverages is legal and compliant.
All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase. Age verification occurs at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Carriers

We currently use FedEx for all deliveries.
Shipping rates are variable and calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination.

4. Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
No signature is required for delivery, but you must be 21+ at the time of checkout to purchase.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Sunflower Seltzers cannot be shipped internationally.
Orders to states where hemp-derived THC beverages are not legal will not be processed.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, Sunflower Seltzers is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they leave our fulfillment center.
Please use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment.
