Where We Ship

Sunflower currently ships to Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Kentucky (KY), Michigan (MI), and Pennsylvania (PA) only.

We're working hard to bring sunshine to more states soon — keep an eye on our newsletter for updates.

Processing & Delivery

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, they arrive within 3–5 business days from our facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Age Verification

All orders are subject to age verification at checkout and at delivery. The recipient must be 21 years or older and present a valid government-issued ID. Orders cannot be left unattended.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If something's wrong with your order, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
