3. Shipping & Availability
We currently ship only within the state of Ohio, with plans to expand shipping to additional states where our products are legal and compliant.
Shipping availability may vary based on local laws, and we reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping to your state is not permitted.
All orders require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery.
4. Payment
We accept major credit cards as payment. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your purchase total, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love Sunflower Seltzer. If you’re not satisfied with your order, our return policy is as follows:

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at Info@sunflower.com. Returns must be approved before shipping them back.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at Info@sunflower.com.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
